For replacement parts, use the Request Replacement form on our website to submit your request.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to California destinations. Sales tax will NOT be collected on orders shipped to destinations outside of California.

GLUE AND TOOLKIT

​By default glues and toolkits are not included in the kits due to shipping restrictions. When our shipping method is Priority, Expedited or Express you will not get glue and tools. However, if the shipping method is Ground we'll include those with your order.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We provide a one-time free replacement for missing or broken pieces for each kit. Please request all parts at the same time. Customers may also request replacement parts that are missing or damaged due to their own fault. A shipping fee of $5 will be charged in these instances.
